Shipping

Orders are currently shipped within Austria and selected EU countries including Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Slovakia and Poland.

For preorder drops production begins after the preorder period ends. Depending on the product please allow around 2-4 weeks for production before shipping.

Estimated shipping times:
Austria: 1-3 business days
EU: 2-5 business days

Standard shipping is untracked. Tracked shipping for orders within Austria can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping within Austria is handled via Österreichische Post/DPD.
EU orders are shipped with different local and international carriers.

Please note that if you choose the free option ‘Local Pickup’ wrongfully your order will be cancelled. You can then place a new order choosing the correct shipping option.

Returns

Please note that returns are only accepted in case of damaged or incorrectly delivered items.

As this is a very small independent project, returns for other reasons (such as sizing or change of mind) are currently limited.

If something arrived damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the wrong item was received.
